Among the Taggiasca olive trees of the Argentina Valley, we’ve been dedicated for generations to producing our own olive oil. A few years ago, we decided to add something new to this long-standing tradition: the Adagio agriturismo, a charming retreat created to welcome visitors to this enchanting corner of Liguria. The agriturismo was born from the renovation of what was originally our family’s oil mill, once run by our grandfather Pepin—known as u Roi—from whom the company name derives. Managing the Adagio today, you’ll find Rossella, our mother, and Daria, who take care of guest hospitality, organizing services and activities to make your stay as special as possible.
