GAACI

GAACI is an organic farm committed to sustainable cultivation methods. It spans approximately 40 hectares of owned and rented olive groves, from which we harvest Taggiasca olives processed at the Olio Roi family mill. Nestled among the colors and scents of Badalucco, in Western Liguria—where the sea breeze meets mountain air—GAACI stands amidst terraced landscapes and centuries-old olive trees. For generations, nature here has gifted us one of its finest treasures: the Taggiasca olive, from which we obtain an extraordinary EVO oil.
